Features
Members
of the faculty will lead rehearsals and small group
coaching.
Additional guest faculty may also direct
ensembles.
Rehearsals will cover
repertoire work and vocal and rehearsal techniques.
There will be optional
seminars on Early Music Editing & Performance and talks
on the historical context of the music.
There will
be optional
sessions for conductors.
These sessions will include
discussions on early music conducting techniques, music
editing, and how to choose a good edition.
In addition to the scheduled
performances, there will be opportunities for informal
music-making with faculty coaching, and the chance to
observe the faculty rehearse and perform together.
Individual vocal instruction
will be available (at extra cost).
Private voice lessons are
available for an additional fee of $45.00 per lesson. There
are a limited number of slots for lessons and requests will
be allocated in the order they are received.

There will be a closing
reception with presentation of Certificates, and a recording
available of the final performance.
Continuing education
credit may be available through VanderCook College of
Music - please enquire.
