The Small Print - Terms of Booking

Participants are responsible for their own insurance arrangements. The Workshop carries public liability insurance, but the Workshop and Venues cannot accept responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen during the course of the workshop.

Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the course, fees will be refunded in full.

Refunds:
The deposit of $50 is non-refundable. If you have to cancel prior to the workshop, fees will be refunded as follows:
Prior to April 15th: all payments except the $50 will be refunded
Prior to May 15th: 75% of fees paid in excess of $50 deposit will be refunded
Prior to June 15th: 50% of fees paid in excess of $50 will be refunded
After July 1st, no refunds will be offered

Curtailment or alteration:
If the course is interrupted or curtailed by force majeure [national calamity, war, earthquake, epidemic] refunds will be made on a pro rata basis for the unexpired remainder of the course. If faculty members are indisposed, alternative arrangements will be made at the discretion of the director. The Workshop reserves the right to make changes in the advertised content, personnel and schedule without notice: advance changes will be advertised on the website where and when possible; any changes to the advertised routine will be announced to the course participants daily.
